Northview’s “Mentoring Mastery” pursues answers to two questions.

Question one focuses on the mentor. How can we (Northview) assist mentors as they develop the ability and skill of mentoring? Question two focuses on the student and the goal of mentoring. How can we (mentors) assist our students in their mastery of Northview Immerse’s Ministry Leadership Outcomes?

Each question frames a direction – different, but similar. One focuses attention on the development of skills and abilities for mentors to use in the mentoring task. The other focuses attention on using those skills and abilities to direct and develop a student. One direction shapes who we are – the other informs what we do.
